CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE
Our ‘Click and Collect’ service is available at our retail branches. To choose this service, select ‘Click and Collect’ as your delivery method when placing your order online. You will receive an email acknowledging your order and a second email notifying you that the order is ready for collection. Please print this second email (or have it available to view on a mobile device) and bring into store to collect your items. We aim to have items ready within one working day of purchase, at peak times (e.g. Back to School period) this may extend to 2- 3 working days. Please note – we cannot be held responsible for a wasted journey to the store if customers have not received the second email. If you wish to try on items in the store you may need to wait for the availability of changing facilities and assistance as we do not have any ‘Trying on facility’ at our collection point..
We aim to process, pick and despatch all in stock orders within 2 working days. Orders are then sent via DPD Couriers.
· TRACKED DELIVERY. Your order will be delivered in 1-2 days. This is a tracked service that will require a signature.
All delivery times are approximate based on Irish addresses and items being in stock. Please allow an extra few days in busy periods e.g. Back to School, to process your order. We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and as a result your order may arrive earlier.

TRACKED DELIVERY – How do I check the status of my order?
DPD are our chosen courier partners.
When your order has shipped, you will receive email notification from us.
You can expect to receive an SMS and/or email from DPD within 48 hrs specifying the 1-hour window in which to expect delivery. If this time does not suit you have the option to reschedule to a more suitable day, right from your device.
If you have not received your order within 72 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
School uniform items are supplied subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your items may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. You will only be charged for one delivery in this instance.
Delivery of orders to specified schools is available FREE OF CHARGE. If your school offers this service, it will be listed as a delivery option in the checkout page. Delivery to these schools will be made on a weekly basis.
Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control.
- Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
- For the schools that we offer free shipping – Orders can only be sent to the schools during the school term.
- Schools will only accept order for uniforms for their own school.
If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products.
- In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery costs you have been charged by The Schoolwear House.
- However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products.
At the time of delivery, you will be required to sign-off on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility.
If your order is returned to us ‘undelivered’ or ‘not collected’ due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be held responsible for all re-shipping costs.
