What do I do if I have a faulty garment?

If you believe that the goods you have received are faulty, please email our customer services team on info@schoowlearhouse.ie.  Faulty items should be returned as soon as possible, but no more than 28 days from date of purchase.

If the item(s) are considered to be faulty due to a manufacturer fault, the items will be replaced like-for-like or a refund will be given at the purchase price.
