To obtain a full refund or exchange items must be

· In a saleable condition
· In original packaging
· Have all tags / labels still attached.

a. To one of our retail stores – refunds can be processed in any store but exchanges can only be done in the store that stocks your particular school uniform. Please check our website to see where your uniform is stocked.

Please include a copy of your original order confirmation in all returned packages.
Without a copy of the original order we will be unable to trace the returned items to you and will be unable to process a refund or exchange
Return Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is as a result of a product defect or a mistake on our part.
Where a return is as a result of a product defect or a mistake on our part we will refund you the cost of reasonable shipping charges if you include a receipt with your returned package.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
