Our ‘Click and Collect’ service is available at our retail branches. To choose this service, select ‘Click and Collect’ as your delivery method when placing your order online. You will receive an email acknowledging your order and a second email notifying you that the order is ready for collection.

Please print this second email (or have it available to view on a mobile device) and bring into store to collect your items. We aim to have items ready within one working day of purchase, at peak times (e.g. Back to School period) this may extend to 2- 3 working days. Please note – we cannot be held responsible for a wasted journey to the store if customers have not received the second email.
